1 C Mariah's Sweet & Spicy Chow Chow Relish
1 C shredded Asiago cheese
8 Medium Flour Tortillas
1/4t garlic powder (optional)
Sour Cream (for topping)
Directions:
Heat a large griddle (skillet) over medium heat, spray lightly with cooking spray.
Place one tortilla in skillet and cover with a thin layer of relish.
Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with another tortilla.
Heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, browning until cheese is melted.
Remove quesadilla from skillet, place on a platter.
Cover with foil to keep warm while cooking remaining quesadillas.
Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges. Serve warm, topped with sour cream.
*For a milder taste use Mariah's Sweet & Mild Chow Chow Relish.

Dip into the Womens' Basketball Final Four
Nothing makes a party like the University of Connecticut Women's Basketball Team and their many trips to the Final Four! This time through give a try to a great dip for you and friends as we enjoy this fast paced sport, Mariah's Chow Chow Relish Dip, brought to you by Yummy CT!
Ingredients:
1/2 C Mariah's Sweet & Mild Chow Chow Relish
8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1/4 C Mayonnaise
1t Celery Seeds
1t Garlic Pepper or Garlic
1/2t Paprika (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least one hour.
Serve with you favorite crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks.
*For more texture add an additional 1/2 C of Mariah's Chow Chow Relish.
