Yummy Connecticut carries several of the Unique Destiny hot sauces and there is one that makes a super easy shrimp marinade~ the Roasted Garlic hot sauce. Per pound of raw, peeled shrimp add 1/3 cup olive oil, juice of one lime, 1 tablespoon Unique Destiny Roasted Garlic Hot Sauce, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 chopped clove of garlic for that extra rich garlic flavor. Tomato lovers toss in a tablespoon of tomato paste and just a bit more of that Unique Destiny Roasted Garlic sauce. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours. Toss the shrimp in a hot skillet until translucent. Serve with brown rice or quinoa and salad.
